The Social Comment Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”) allows you to earn money by referring new users to the Platform. The Affiliate Program is different from our Referral Policy in two key aspects: (i) The Referral Policy is only available to users of our Platform while the Affiliate Program is open for everyone and (ii) Under the Affiliate Program, you will be entitled to a fixed monthly remuneration in addition to commissions on any referrals you make. Please note that you cannot join the Affiliate Program while you are a user on our Platform (i.e. while you have an account on our Platform). In addition, you need to be above the age of legal majority in your country of residence in order to join the Affiliate Program.

During the application process, we may ask you for information during the application process, require you to submit documentation, and/or attend interviews. If we decide to induct you into the Affiliate Program at the end of the application process, we shall send you our Affiliate Agreement which will contain the detailed terms and conditions which will govern your participation in the Affiliate Program. You will become a part of the Affiliate Program once you have signed the Affiliate Agreement.

What is the Affiliate Program?
The Affiliate Program allows premium users (i.e., users who have paid the non-refundable fee) of the Platform to earn money by referring new premium users to the Platform.
Who can apply for the Affiliate Program?
All premium users of the Platform (i.e., users who have paid the non-refundable fee) can apply to join the Affiliate Program.
How is the Affiliate Program different from the Referral Policy?
The Referral Policy applies to all users of the Platform while the Affiliate Program only applies to those premium users who are accepted into the Program. Additionally, members of the Affiliate Program may receive a fixed monthly payment in addition to commissions (performance-based bonus on the sole discretion of the company).
Will members of the Affiliate Program be governed only by the Affiliate Agreement?
No, members of the Affiliate Program shall be governed by both the Affiliate Agreement as well as the Referral Policy. In case of any conflict between the terms of the Affiliate Agreement and the Referral Policy, the latter shall prevail.
What is the procedure for applying for the Affiliate Program?
Premium users of the Platform can apply to join the Affiliate Program by sending an email to thesocialcomments@gmail.com in order to initiate the application process. During the application process, Social Comment may ask applicants for information, require them to submit documentation, and/or attend interviews. If Social Comment decides to induct an applicant into the Affiliate Program at the end of the application process, it shall send the applicant an Offer Letter. If the applicant accepts the Offer Letter, Social Comment shall send them the Affiliate Agreement which contains the detailed terms and conditions which govern their participation in the Affiliate Program. Once the applicant signs the Affiliate Agreement, they will become a member of the Affiliate Program. Members of the Affiliate Program shall be governed by the terms of the Affiliate Agreement for the duration of the contract along with the terms of the Referral Policy.
How will members of the Affiliate Program refer new users to the Platform?
Members of the Affiliate Program will use the referral code/referral link they receive at the time of creating their account on the Platform to refer new users to the Platform.
Is there any limit on the number of new premium users that members of the Affiliate Program can refer to the Platform using their referral code/referral link?
No, there is no limit on the number of new premium users that members of the Affiliate Program can refer to the Platform using their referral code/referral link.
How much money can a member of the Affiliate Program earn?
Members of the Affiliate Program may receive a fixed monthly amount every month as well as commissions on every new premium user they bring to the Platform. The exact value of the fixed amount and commissions are mentioned in the Affiliate Agreement. In addition, members of the Affiliate Program who refer more than 50 new premium users to the Platform will receive a Certificate of Excellence.
How will the money be paid?
Members of the Affiliate Program are required to submit their bank account details and/or UPI ID when they accept the Offer Letter. All payments under the Affiliate Program will be made either through direct bank transfer or UPI transfer, at the sole discretion of Social Comment. The time of payment of fixed amount and commissions will be as provided in the Affiliate Agreement.
Will members of the Affiliate Program be paid for referring any type of new users to the Platform?
No, members of the Affiliate Program will be paid only if they refer premium users (i.e. users who have paid the non-refundable fee) to the Platform.
Are members of the Affiliate Program employees of Social Comment?
Members of the Affiliate Program are NOT employees of Social Comment. They are independent contractors and are not entitled to any employee benefits.
How long will members remain a part of the Affiliate Program?
Members of the Affiliate Program will remain a part of the Program as long as their Affiliate Agreement remains in force. If their Affiliate Agreement expires or is terminated, the members will no longer be a part of the Affiliate Program. The termination or expiry of the Affiliate Agreement will not result in the termination of the Referral Policy. Once the Affiliate Agreement expires or is terminated, the former members of the Affiliate Program will still be governed by the terms of the Referral Policy.
