Referral Payments

Clause 3

Under this Policy, you may be entitled to receive payments if a new user uses your referral code/link while creating their account on the Platform (“Referee”). The amount of payment you receive will vary depending on whether you have a Free/Premium account , whether the Referee creates a Free/Premium account, and whether the Referee is an individual or an Employer. The amount of money you can expect to receive for referrals in different scenarios are listed in the table below:

If a Referee initially creates a Free account with your referral code/link and subsequently upgrades to a Premium account, you will be entitled to payments under entries 1 or 3 of Table A, depending on the kind of accout you have. Please note that you will not be entitled to any payments under this Policy if you have not completed all KYC procedures associated with your account even if a Referee creates/upgrades to a Premium account while you have not completed all KYC Procedures. Moreover, no payments for such Referees shall become due to you/be carried over even after you have completed all KYC procedures associated with your account.

The total amount of payment that you can receive under this Policy in a financial year is capped at Indian National Rupees (INR) 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand). Once you have received INR 15,000 in a financial year, you shall not be entitled to any further payments even if a Referee creates/upgrade to a Premium account after the date on which the total amount of payments received by you reaches INR 15,000. Moreover, no payments for such Referees shall become due to you/be carried over to the next financial year.
