General Conditions of Access and Use

Clause 3

You must adhere to, and you hereby agree to follow, the following general conditions while accessing and/or using the Platform in any manner:

You will not access the Platform using another user’s account without that user’s express written consent.

You will not change or alter, or attempt to change or alter, any part of the Platform.

You will not use, or attempt to use, the Platform for any of the following commercial purposes without our express written approval:

• The sale of access to the Platform; or




• The sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on or within the Platform or the content on the Platform.

You will not use or launch, or attempt to use or launch, any automated system, including without limitation, “robots”, “spiders”, or “offline readers”, that accesses the Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. (Exception: This restriction will not apply to operators of public search engines).

You will not harvest, or attempt to harvest, the personal or sensitive personal information of other users from the Platform.

You will not use any communication features on the Platform to solicit any user for any commercial purposes.

Please note that in addition to these general conditions, you must adhere to all other conditions and/or restrictions mentioned in these Terms.
