Represenations, Warranties, and Covenants

Clause 10

You represent, warrant, and covenant that:

a) You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;

b) If your country of residence has a higher legal age of majority than eighteen (18) years or if you must attain a higher age than eighteen (18) years in order to be considered as an adult due to any special circumstances, you have attained such higher age;

c) You are the sole and exclusive owner or you have the licenses, consents or releases to any intellectual property that you post or otherwise make available on the Platform;

d) Your use of the Platform does not infringe, misappropriate or violate others’ intellectual property rights, or others’ rights under any other applicable laws or regulations;

e) Your acceptance of these Terms and your performance of your obligations under these Terms is not prohibited by, or is inconsistent with, any applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, judgements, or other requirements of any applicable governmental authority;

f) Your acceptance of these Terms and your performance of your obligations under these Terms does not, and will not, violate any other agreement to which you are a party or by which you are otherwise bound;

g) In case you access the Platform using another user’s account, you have the express written consent of such user; and

h) All the information that you provide to us under these Terms (including, without limitation, any information regarding GST registration and any information you provide to us at the time of account creation) is complete and accurate and valid at all times.
