Virtual Desk

Clause 22

We provide a Virtual Desk feature to users who have a Premium account. The Virtual Desk is a cloud storage service where you can upload and store items. We also provide some limited social media functionality with the Virtual Desk (including, without limitation, the ability to tag items in your Virtual Desk). If you account is frozen under clause 4.4 of these Terms, you will not able to use the social media functionality of your Virtual Desk for as long as your account remains frozen. However, you will be able to use all other features of your Virtual Desk.

You will be able to continue using your Virtual Desk even after the closure or termination of your account for the remainder of the one (1) year period for which you have paid the non-refundable fee. However, you will not be able to use the social media functionality of your Virtual Desk after the closure or termination of your account. In case you wish to continue using your Virtual Desk even after the expiry of the remainder of the one (1) year period, you can send us a mail at thesocialcomments@gmail.com and we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to continue using your Virtual Desk after paying such fee(s) as we may specify.

You will not be able to access and/or use any features of your Virtual Desk if your Premium account is downgraded to a Free Account in accordance with these Terms.
